More than I could have hoped. Binds very well but you can also breathe well in it and it’s not too tight. Very comfortable. Only thing is is that the bottom of the front does not fit to your shape and kinda flairs out.

pretty decent quality binder (this is my first) it compresses ok and is pretty lightweight. the arm holes irritate me a little but its fine. quite breathable and made of smooth fabric. I got the size L, 5ft 3inches 117lbs (stop ik im chunky 😭)
