    Before you using the electric appliance with inverter, please distinguish the different of peak power and actual power of inverter. The shell is marked as peak power, the actual power is a half of the peak power, the start power of the electric appliance you using can not over the peak power. Long time using, the power of electric appliance can not over the continuous power (Peak power: the highest power when the machine starting. For example. the refrigerator rate power is only 300W, but the start power high to 2500W. Electic bulb etc such resistive load electric appliance have no peak power)

How To Choose An Inverter's Power?

1. Resistive Electrical Appliances

    Pure resistive loads that work through resistive elements are called resistive loads, such as induction cookers, mobile phones, computers, LCD TVs,incandescent lamps, electric fans, mahjong machines, audio-visual players, small printers,water dispensers, rice cookers, etc. Electrical appliances are all resistive loads.Please choose an inverter whose continuous power is greater
than that of the electrical appliance. 1000W continuous power inverter, recommended for electrical appliances below 900W, please don't overload.

2. Inductive Appliances

     High-power electrical appliances made with the principle of electromagnetic induction, such as motors, compressors, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, water pumps, air compressors, old-fashioned TV sets etc., the starting power of these products exceeds the rated power (3-12 times),and the starting peak power of the inverter cannot be exceeded, otherwise the electrical appliances cannot be started.

What is Peak Power? Continous Power?

Peak Power:

    Refers to the power of the inverter can withstand at the moment of starting,usually refers to the motor load.When starting,the instantaneous starting power is formed due to the large starting current.

Continuous Power:

    Refers to the power inverter can work continuously under normal conditions.For example,the peak value of the nominal 4000W inverter is mark 4000W inverter,but the continuous power is 2000W.The continuous power less than or equal to half of peak power.

Working Principle

    The inverter is a power conversion device that converts the input low-voltage direct current into a high-voltage stable alternating current output. Note: Because of the high voltage and high temperature inside the machine, the user should place the inverter away from children, the elderly, and other people who need protection during use, and use it in a ventilated, heat-free, and dry environment.

Matters Needing Attention

    1. The inverter cannot be connected to the power grid,and the AC output wire cannot be touched by hand. The power provided by the battery equipped with the inverter needs to be greater than the actual power consumption of the electrical appliance. When the distance from the battery to the inverter increases, the corresponding wire diameter must also be doubled.For example: 12V 2000W inverter factory configuration battery cable is about 7AWG, 50cm, in actual use the cable maybe is 100cm, the wire diameter needs to be increased to 4AWG 100cm.

    2. The two output wires of the inverter are live wires, so there is no grounding problem. Do not use any one as a ground wire. The inverter is not connected to the earth.

    3. Between the output terminal of the inverter and to the load, do not touch(high voltage), any air switch or leakage protection switch, force operation will not only have no protection, and will damage the inverter.

Usage Method

   The 12V of the inverter needs to be consistent with the 12V of the battery. 24V battery needs to use a 24V inverter. the inverter positive pole must be connected to the positive pole of the battery, negative poles of the inverter must be connected to the negative pole of the battery, cannot be reversed.

Trouble Shooting

Inverter Don't Work

   1. Check the plug whether inserted in place or whether loose.

   2. The inverter switch whether still turned off.

   3.Whether the car's cigarette lighter jack has voltage output (such as external lead, polarity is correct or not).

Inverter Provides Insufficient Power And Only Drive Small Power Appliances

   1 The battery capacity is too small (need to replace a big capacity battery or reduce electrical appliances).

   2. The battery voltage is too low (need to be charged or replaced).

   3. If the inverter is used in the cars,you need go to the professional repair shop replace more thick of car cigarette lighter jack(wires) ( the inverter is used in the cars,total load no more than 150W).

The Inverter Don't Work And The FALT Light Is Out

   1. The electrical appliances actual power more than the nominal power,which causes the inverter to start protection(need to reduce electrical appliances power).

   2. The battery voltage is too low (need to be charged or replaced).

   3. Need to reduce electrical appliances power.

The Inverter Case Temperature High

   The temperature is no more than 65℃ is normal phenomenon(the inverter with temperature protection).
