As aspected all is fine. If display is have not accurate color (like too bright and white) - you need to change settings in display menu. That work for me in Windows 11.
And if you have 2 monitors - go to control panel and go to touch settings where you can choose which monitor is touch and calibrate it.

Easier to set up than desktop monitors. The screen works with my dell computer and does not require the power cable. I can just plug one cord in and have an extra monitor.
